Production of Your Jewelry
Shown on the right is a wax model for a ring with a photo of the finished ring below it. Our designs often begin with a sketch or doodle, then are evolved into a precision model which is made of a hard wax. This wax model is surrounded by a ceramic investment, which is placed in a kiln and brought up to a high temperature. This process burns away all of the wax, leaving a cavity which is the exact shape of the wax. Molten metal is then cast into the cavity from which the wax has been removed.
The casting is detailed and finished by hand. If the design has gemstones, they are set.
